Ingredients:
1 litre of alcohol
800 grams of sugar
10 organic lemons
2 liters of water
A container with hermetic closure

1. Cut the lemon peels and put them in a container.
2. Add a liter of alcohol and let stand 15 days.
3. Boil the water and then add the sugar and let it melt.
4. Let cool and add to the lemon peels.
5. Let it rest for an hour.
6. Strain the limoncello and fill the bottles.
7. Store in the fridge.
