Bride and Groom Heart Cake🎂💍. It’s beautifully themed to represent a wedding, with one half resembling the groom’s attire (a blue suit with a bow tie) and the other half representing the bride’s dress (pink with draped white fabric and pearl-like beads).

Recipe in Grams:

Cake Ingredients:
Cake flour: 250g
Sugar: 200g
Butter (softened): 200g
Eggs: 4 large (approx. 200g)
Baking powder: 10g
Milk: 100ml
Vanilla extract: 5ml

For Decorations:
Fondant: 500g (250g blue, 250g pink for the attire details)
White fondant (for pearls and draped fabric): 100g
Edible pearls: as needed
Food coloring: as needed
Buttercream (for crumb coat): 200g

Instructions:

1.Bake the Cake:

-Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and line two heart-shaped pans.

-Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one by one, mixing thoroughly.

-In a separate bowl, combine the flour and baking powder. Gradually mix this into the wet ingredients, alternating with milk. Stir in the vanilla extract.

-Divide the batter into the pans and bake for 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.

-Allow the cakes to cool completely.

2.Prepare the Decorations:

-Roll out fondant in blue and pink to craft the groom’s suit and bride’s dress.

-Create details like buttons, the bow tie, and draped fabric using white fondant.

-Attach edible pearls and other details using a small amount of water or edible glue.

3.Assemble the Cake:

-Apply a thin crumb coat of buttercream to the cake layers.

-Carefully arrange and smooth the fondant decorations on each half to achieve the bride and groom theme.
