🔹 Red velvet cake layers:
• 125 g of flour 🌾
• 200 g granulated sugar 🍬
• 1 tsp baking soda 🥄
• 1 tsp cocoa powder 🍫
• 1/2 tsp salt 🧂
• 240 ml of buttermilk 🥛
• 120 ml of vegetable oil
• 2 large eggs 🥚
• 1 tsp vanilla extract 🍦
• 1 tsp white vinegar
• 1 tbsp red coloring 🔴

🔹 Walnut cheesecake layer:
• 450 g of cream cheese 🧀
• 100 g granulated sugar 🍬
• 100 g of brown sugar
• 2 large eggs 🥚
• 1 tsp vanilla extract 🍦
• 150 g chopped walnuts, toasted 🌰
• 120 g melted butter 🧈

🔹 Cream Cheese Frosting:
• 225 g cream cheese 🧀
• 115 g unsalted butter 🧈
• 500 g of icing sugar 🍬
• 2 tsp vanilla extract 🍦

• 75 g chopped walnuts, toasted 🌰
• Red velvet cake crumbs

Instructions

1️⃣ Red velvet cake layers:
• Preheat the oven to 175°C. Mix the dry ingredients and then the wet ingredients separately. Integrate everything and divide into molds.
• Bake 25-30 minutes. Let cool.

2️⃣ Cheesecake layer with walnuts:
• Preheat to 163°C. Beat cream cheese with sugars, eggs, vanilla, butter and nuts.
• Bake 30-35 minutes. Refrigerate 2 hours.

3️⃣ Cream Cheese Frosting:
• Beat cream cheese and butter, then add powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth.

4️⃣ Assembly:
• Alternate layers of cake and cheesecake with a thin layer of frosting between them. Cover the entire cake with the remaining frosting.

5️⃣ Decoration:
• Garnish with toasted walnuts and red velvet crumbs.

6️⃣ Cool and serve:
• Refrigerate 1 hour before cutting.
